     All pictures on this site are taken by and are legally copyrighted. They are displayed to help promote you as an artist and to provide the public with a way to compliment, contract or contact you and your work. However if you no longer wish your picture or hyperlinks be displayed please state that in an email to deprecatedthoughts@gmail.com and it will be removed.
     Also, your pseudonym or legal name is displayed as is because you have indicated it as your name during your time in the Sweatshop studio at some point in time.  If you wish it to be changed  you may also email that demand to deprecatedthoughts@gmail.com and it will be changed.
     If you wish your track to be taken down, you and all the co-authors listed for that track must all unanimously agree to have it removed. This can be done either in writing, by separate emails/phone-calls from each person. Also, for any track you have here to be sold, there must be a signed written agreement between you and all the co-authors for each track. If you do wish your name or pseudonym to be removed from the credit, send an email with that request (with a phone number you can be reached at), and you will be then listed as "anonymous".
     If your name is listed as a co-author on any tracks displayed here and you wish to have an in-depth page made, simply email pictures, web-links, myspace-links, etc., and there will soon be a page set up for you for free. Also, if you wish anything added to a page already on display here, you can email that too and it will be added with any design requests you have too.

     Deprecated Thoughts is a collection of music recorded at the Sweatshop studio in Tempe AZ.  The artists featured on this website are unsigned, and their work is displayed to help promote their careers. It is also displayed to make a public record of the collaboration of the many artists who recorded in the Sweatshop studio. All work posted here is legally copyrighted or pending confirmation of copyright registration. This work however may not be sold since no agreement exists yet between the contributing authors on how to divide royalties.
     If any record deal is signed, a record company may negotiate royalty percentages with all contributing authors and works previously displayed here may then only be available for sale. Until then please enjoy anything you see or hear on this website.
